Look at this picture, i see a traffic accident. The pink car of the woman was broken down, the man in black did it. They are stopping at crossroad and waiting police come to handle.

Too short, can anyone make it longer?

You can lie in this tip, can identify something for someone but it must proper and particular. What the judge care is a short appropriate story about the picture. If you have another idea, please show for everyone.
