Bạn nên chọn cả 2 framework.

JavaFX is intended to replace Swing as the standard GUI library for Java SE, but both will be included for the foreseeable future. Theo Wiki thì JavaFX ra đời để thế chổ cho Java Swing như 1 thư viện chuẩn để lập trình GUI, nhưng cả 2 frame-work đều được sử dụng trong tương lai gần.
