Position Title:

VIETNAMESE SPEAKING - TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONSULTANT

Key Job responsiblities:

  •      Respond to calls /emails/chats received from customer and address the customer needs or route the request accordingly.
    
  •       Provide technical support on operational or maintenance of a personal computers/Applications/ other products/ peripherals using documented procedures and available tools.
    
  •       Use appropriate troubleshooting techniques by using the relevant FAQ 's and tools to identify and isolate the defects  and follow guidelines on dispatching onsite engineer, if need arises.
    
  •       Responsible to meet customer SLA's agreed in place.
    
  •       Responsible for setting customer expectation and escalate  issues in case of need/process related  to the higher level  in order to resolve the issue to the customer's complete satisfaction.
    
  •       Remain up-to- date of the project in scope and also on current industry standard process and technologies.
    
  •       Appropriately log all calls accurately in helpdesk database/ CRM /ticketing system for proper customer management.
    
  •       Advise/educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
    
  •       Complete required process/technical/refresher/security training modules on time to remain competent of the knowledge to support the customer.
    
  •       Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
    
  •       Analytical, articulate, result-oriented and provide excellent follow-up.
    
  •       Displays excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and works effectively with customers from various cultural backgrounds who have varied levels of technical knowledge.
    
  •       Other duties as assigned from supervisor.
    

Mandatory Skills:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English & VIETNAMESE
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas,Penang
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

Penang, Malaysia

Customer Support bên Malaysia khá nhàn, chủ yếu cho khách hàng Viêt Nam, đc nghỉ theo lịch việt nam. tuy nhiên công việc này ko code kiếc gì nên bạn nào muốn thành programmer thì ko nên apply.mưc lương này là trung bình cho người mới ra trường bên này. đảo Penang là đảo du lịch cách Kuala Lumpur khoảng 400km. người việt nhiều. bạn nào muốn sang đay làm thì chuản bị tieng anh tốt + 1,2 nam kinh nghiêm, lương sẽ khoảng >18 - 30tr.

Đạt thấy đây là một cơ hội cho bạn nào muốn thử đi nước ngoài, mức này thì Đ nghĩ là thấp. Nhưng không biết ở Penang thì chi phí có cao lắm ko.

@ltd dạo này bận quá :). lương này là mức cho mới ra trường. nếu 1 năm kn sẽ là 3000 RM= 18tr vn(Rm bị mất giá, trước kia 3000 = 21tr). Penang là đảo du lịch nên cũng đắt đỏ như Kuala lumpur.mức sống khoảng 1000RM/ người/ tháng, người việt đông, chủ yếu là công nhân. bạn nào làm developer mình khuyên nên apply qua jobstreet.com.my, cty sẽ pv qua skype. bên này lực lượng IT ko nhiều như VN, làm customer support rất phí!kinh nghiệm cũng ko có giá trị gì nếu muốn theo programming sau này! bạn nào cần thông tin bên này cứ hỏi,biết gì minh sẽ chỉ!

@ltd khách hàng thì tùy cty,IBM, microsoft… ai dùng Windows Phone, hay Window OS khi gọi tổng đài hỗ trợ là từ bên Malaysia đó.

Mình background IT-có lập trình 1 năm, nhưng sau này không theo nữa, đang làm telesales marketing cho Microsoft Vietnam. không biết có nên apply vị trí này không. Cá nhân mình thì thấy khá hợp.
