Is CyRadar good?

I stumbled across the much-praised CyRadar and tried to install it on my old laptop (Acer Aspire E15, 8GB). After three days, I had to uninstall it. Reasons:

• It hogs the CPU like crazy, as if my laptop were riddled with viruses, and slows it down considerably.
• The installation messages are a mix of English and Vietnamese – even though I selected English.
• After uninstalling, CyRadar doesn’t completely remove itself, but leaves behind a lot of junk data in the registry. It took me ten minutes to remove it all.

I wonder how such a highly praised Vietnamese startup could offer such an immature or incomplete piece of software for download. Inexperienced users could run into problems with CyRadar, and that would be bad publicity for the company.

Update:
The worst part, however, is that Windows 10 wouldn’t start on my old Acer today, displaying a message that Windows 10 needed to be “repaired.” This completely ruins my intention to support a Vietnamese startup through my purchase.
