FileZilla không thể kết nối đến host

Hi mọi người,

Mình dùng phần mềm FileZilla để upload file lên host, nhưng dạo gần đây, mình không thể kết nối đến host được nữa mặc dù trước đó kết nối bình thường.
Đây là nội dung khi kết nối

Cũng khá lâu, mình mới kết nối lại để upload files. Nhưng giờ connect không được, toàn phải lên host service web để up

Ai biết cách sửa hướng dẫn mình nhé, xin cảm ơn !

P/S: Mình nhập đúng tên host, username với password rồi nhưng vẫn không được!
