Ý nghĩa và cách dùng của thuộc tính rel trong html?

cho e hỏi 3 cái trên nó khác nhau như thế nào vậy ạ. Sao khi xóa rel trong … thì thẻ vẫn hoạt động vậy thì mục đích của thẻ này là để làm gì ?
