Lỗi "the program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer" khi cài xampp

Mình cài Xamp và khi start thì xuất hiên lỗi này “the program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem” và mình đã tải cái file api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dl về và copy vào thư mục system32 rồi mà vẫn lỗi. Mong m.n giúp đỡ

Gõ tên dll lên google tải bản zip về giải nén cho vào thư mục cài xampp hoặc C:\Windows
