Làm sao để thêm hyperlink vào textblock theo mô hình MVVM trong WPF

Chào mọi người, như tiêu đề, em muốn chèn hyperlink vào textblock thì phải làm sao ạ?
Em có tìm trên mạng thử nhưng làm theo đều bị lỗi. Em mới học mấy cái này, mong mọi người chỉ em chi tiết ạ, em xin cảm ơn. Em dùng cái BaseViewModel thế này:
