I can read and understand Vietnamese, but the Vietnamese character set isn’t installed on my computer, and I don’t know how to type using character combinations either.

Furthermore, English is the language of the IT industry and the international business world; therefore, it’s beneficial for every Vietnamese person to at least be able to read and understand English, just as I can with Vietnamese. And as @noname00 already mentioned, I’m not Vietnamese.
