Requirements:
The IT Intern will be responsible to provide IT support to office operations, including some or all of the following tasks:
More specifically, responsibilities will include:
- IT troubleshooting and answering IT questions.
- Making sure all issues logged and registered solution into tracking system.
- Making sure IT documents are up to date.
- Data transfer using different media such as FTP, web, cloud services
- Answering phones/Skype on IT support bases

Qualifications:
- IT student from 2nd year
- Time Commitment: 4 hours/day or 20 hours/week
- Self-motivation and ability to work both in a team & independently
- Candidate should possess an interest in the intersection between IT support and IT Operations
- Candidate should possess an open-minded and willing to learn new stuffsGood English skill is a plus (Interview in English)
